With Carpool

Not all types of vehicles are allowed in Brussels.

Plan to park your vehicle, which may be considered non-compliant with Brussels standards, in a parking lot located in a transit zone called “Park and Ride” (P+R).

The parking lots concerned are: Stalle, Ceria-Coovi, Lennik, UZ, and Kraainem. These parking lots are a solution as they allow you to park your car safely and quickly reach Evere by using public transportation.

If you still come to Brussels with your vehicle: you must register your license plate in advance, and be aware that you risk a fine of 120 euros if the car is not registered but compliant with the standards, and 350 euros if it is not compliant with the standards…

Parking, PRM, restrooms…

  • There are ground floor restrooms specifically adapted for individuals with reduced mobility, but unfortunately, there are no gender-neutral restrooms available.
  • The space is accessible for individuals with reduced mobility (PRM) from the parking area to the upper floors. For PRM, the kitchen on the ground floor is not accessible, but the kitchen on the first floor is accessible via an elevator.
  • Parking is free. There is also a charging station provided by “ThePluginCompany” (ChargeMap card accepted), with 2 charging spots strictly prohibited for thermal vehicles: a tow truck will be called in case of non-compliance.
  • Are you coming by bike? Great! We have a sheltered bike parking area and showers for you to freshen up!

GENERAL PROVISIONS

  • Article 1: Admission for unaccompanied minors is forbidden on principle, but exceptions can be made on a case-by-case basis on request to the organisers. To support the festival, make a donation:

  • Article 2: Entry inside the event premises implies acceptance of these rules. The organizers reserve the right to expel or deny access to anyone who violates or exhibits behavior deemed inappropriate for the smooth running of the event.
  • Article 3: PodBXL takes place in an environment and with privately rented equipment by the organizers. Any damage to the premises or equipment will be the responsibility of the individual(s) responsible for such damage. PodBXL is not responsible for any damage that may occur to privately owned equipment brought by visitors.

RESPECT FOR THE PREMISES, BEHAVIOR

  • Article 4: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the venue, including electronic cigarettes. The outdoor areas are quiet and easily accessible (please do not throw cigarette butts on the ground). It is also prohibited to drink or bring alcohol.
  • Article 5: Food and beverages are strictly prohibited in the event hall; the kitchen is provided for this purpose. Please respect the premises and make use of the available trash bins. The cleanliness of the venue must be maintained.
  • Article 6: Advertising materials must not be left inside the event, except in the designated area.
  • Article 7: Unless otherwise specified or authorized by the organizers, visitors are not allowed to touch the equipment or access areas not intended for the event. Only the kitchen on the upper floor will be accessible for people with reduced mobility.
  • Article 8: Anyone making racist, discriminatory, or hate-inciting remarks will be immediately and definitively expelled. Furthermore, the organizers guarantee that they will pursue legal action in such cases. Freedom of expression is guaranteed as long as it complies with the law and avoids excessive self-promotion.
  • Article 9: The public is expected to maintain a respectful attitude at all times. Participation is encouraged, but please refrain from being loud and engaging in conversations (or using your phone) outside the hall if you are not interested in the performance. This event is open to everyone, so private jokes should be kept outside the event.

MISCELLANEOUS PROVISIONS

  • Article 10: The “Tansforma Guest” Wi-Fi is available and free. We recommend exercising caution when using open networks and using a VPN. We are not responsible for any issues. Each individual is responsible for their own usage, and any illegal actions will result in legal action by the organizers and venue owners.
  • Article 11: Your presence on-site implies that you waive your right to the image concerning photos and videos taken on-site. If you have any concerns, please contact us via email or private message on social media.
